» Returns
For any reason you need to return an item, Amazon UK make it easy for you to do so. Simply go to the Amazon Returns page and follow the simply steps. You can choose the item(s) you want to return than print off a slip you can stick on your postal box. Be sure to keep the original packaging incase you need to return an item. If you don't have a printer then you only need to copy the return address on the postal box or packet. You will need to include some information about who you are.
» Refunds
If you are not satisfied with the item(s) you have purchased by Amazon, please note Amazon only provide a refund if the item(s) they sent you are incorrect, damaged or defective. If the item is either one of these then they will provide you a refund back on your order. Amazon will also be good enough to refund your delivery charges incurred when you sent the item(s) back to them.
